Refund policy
At Manugear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has entered production or been shipped.
- If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped or production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Please contact our customer service first to receive return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is initiated due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees depend on the carrier you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
There are no restocking fees for any approved returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within a few business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for further confirmation.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (following the return policy above) and place a new order separately.
